THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ANY PURCHASES MADE THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR OTHER ACCEPTED METHODS, AND YOUR USE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WE OFFER. WE RECOMMEND SAVING A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS.

The 7 Day Genius name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to 7 Day Genius. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
If you purchase access to our digital content or training materials, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use such materials for your personal use only. You acknowledge that: (1) all digital content remains the exclusive property of 7 Day Genius and is protected by copyright law; (2) you acquire no ownership interest in the content; (3) you may not modify, distribute, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from the content; (4) you may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission; and (5) you may not remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings.
You agree not to use the website or any 7 Day Genius software or services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Harmful Conduct: Engaging in dishonest or unethical practices; violating any law; damaging our reputation; attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of our systems; scraping, crawling, or copying content without authorization; introducing malicious code; interfering with website operations; framing or mirroring the website; gathering competitive intelligence; infringing intellectual property rights; or intercepting data.
Unsolicited Communications: Sending spam, unsolicited solicitations, or any communications that violate applicable anti-spam laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring all your communications comply with applicable laws.
Inappropriate Content: Sending, posting, or authorizing any content that is sexually explicit, obscene, threatening, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, violent, or promotes unlawful behavior.
Sensitive Data: Uploading or storing social security numbers, credit card information, passwords, bank account numbers, or other sensitive personal, health, or financial information in any system connected to 7 Day Genius services.

SECTION 3 – Privacy and Data Protection

SECTION 4 – Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your login information or allow others to access your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

SECTION 5 – Purchases and Payment Processing
Payment is required before we process any order. We may request additional information to verify your order and reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion. Order confirmations do not constitute acceptance of your order. To modify or cancel a pending order, contact us immediately at support@7daygenius.com. We cannot guarantee that modification requests will be accommodated.
All products and services are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and may offer alternatives. If you decline alternatives, we will cancel your order and refund any payment received. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.
All prices are listed and payable in U.S. Dollars.

SECTION 6 – Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day (up to 1 year on some products, or offerings. Can change) money-back guarantee on initial purchases. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact support@7daygenius.com to request a full refund.
After the 30-day guarantee period, digital products and online training materials are non-refundable. Digital content is considered "used" once accessed, downloaded, or opened.
If you cancel your subscription after the guarantee period but before the end of a billing cycle, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

SECTION 7 – Recurring Billing and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are due at the time of account activation and will recur according to the billing cycle you selected. Your account will be charged the subscription fee plus applicable taxes for each billing period, along with any accumulated charges from prior periods.
Your payment obligation continues regardless of whether you use the services during any billing period. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, SUBMIT A CANCELLATION REQUEST TO SUPPORT@7DAYGENIUS.COM OR THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. CANCELLATION REQUESTS REQUIRE AT LEAST TEN (10) DAYS' NOTICE BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE. REQUESTS RECEIVED LESS THAN TEN (10) DAYS BEFORE YOUR BILLING DATE WILL TAKE EFFECT THE FOLLOWING BILLING PERIOD.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with unpaid balances. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations. If collection efforts become necessary, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including legal fees. Applicable taxes may be added to your subscription fees.

SECTION 8 – Shipping and Delivery
For physical products, shipping and handling fees may apply as indicated at checkout. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and subject to change. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via the email address provided. If we cannot reach you or you wish to cancel, we will issue a full refund.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or delivery services. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 9 – Pricing and Product Information
Current pricing and product information is available at www.7daygenius.com but is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products, services, specifications, or pricing at any time.
Price changes take effect on the first day of the month following the change. By using our services, you authorize us to charge your account at the current rates, including any future price adjustments following email notification.
We strive for accuracy in pricing and product descriptions but do not warrant that all information is error-free. If we discover a pricing error, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order with notification.
References to third-party products or services do not constitute endorsement or warranty by 7 Day Genius.

SECTION 10 – Results Disclaimer
Individual circumstances vary, and so do outcomes. Your results from using our products and services will depend on numerous factors unique to you, including your effort, commitment, background, and personal circumstances.
7 DAY GENIUS MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING SPECIFIC OUTCOMES OR RESULTS. WE PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AND TRAINING ONLY.
We do not make earnings claims, effort claims, return on investment claims, or any promises that our content will produce specific results. We do not sell business opportunities, "get rich quick" programs, or guaranteed systems.
You should purchase our products with the understanding that applying what you learn requires time, effort, and may not be applicable in all situations. We do not provide tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice. Consult appropriate professionals for guidance in those areas.

SECTION 11 – User Content and Testimonials
We welcome feedback and may use testimonials, reviews, photos, and other user-submitted content in connection with our products and services. Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. By submitting content, you grant 7 Day Genius a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.
We reserve the right to edit testimonials for grammar, length, or clarity and are not obligated to use any submitted content.
You may post reviews, comments, and other content provided it is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful. You may not misrepresent your identity or the origin of any content. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion but are not obligated to monitor user submissions. We assume no liability for user-generated content.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, email marketing regulations (such as the CAN-SPAM Act), intellectual property laws, privacy laws, and any other laws relevant to your use of our services.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, 7 DAY GENIUS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.

SECTION 15 – Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT.
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
DISPUTES WILL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@7daygenius.com to attempt informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter within 120 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in English in the State of Delaware, unless both parties agree to telephone or written proceedings. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to interpret and enforce this Agreement and determine arbitrability.
Each party pays its own fees, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees. Filing and administrative fees are governed by AAA Rules.
The arbitrator will apply Delaware law without regard to conflict of law principles. The arbitration award is final and binding, subject only to limited review under the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
All claims must be brought within one year after the claim arises (including the 120-day informal resolution period).
This arbitration provision survives termination of your account or relationship with 7 Day Genius. If the class action waiver is deemed unenforceable, this entire arbitration provision is void. If any other portion is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT, HAVE A JURY TRIAL, OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION.

SECTION 16 – Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 7 Day Genius and its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the website, products, or services; (b) information you submit; (c) your breach of this Agreement; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 17 – Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe a copyright claim against you was filed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Please refer to our DMCA Policy for complete details.

SECTION 18 – External Links and Third Parties
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Views expressed in third-party content are those of the authors and not 7 Day Genius. We do not verify third-party content and assume no responsibility for external websites, products, or services. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

SECTION 19 – Account Termination
This Agreement takes effect when you click any acceptance button ("Buy Now," "Submit," "I Agree," etc.), submit information, begin using the website, or complete a purchase. If you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement, we may terminate your access immediately without notice. Sections 10, 13 through 28 survive termination. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments upon termination.

SECTION 20 – Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Waivers are only effective if made in writing and signed by 7 Day Genius.

SECTION 21 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. For any disputes excluded from arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware and waive any objection to venue. All such claims must be brought individually, not as part of any class action.

SECTION 22 – Uncontrollable Circumstances
7 Day Genius is not responsible for delays, damages, or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

SECTION 23 – Transfer of Rights
We may assign our rights under this Agreement at any time without notice. You may not assign your rights without our express written consent.

SECTION 24 – Electronic Communications
By using this website, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that electronic notices, disclosures, and agreements satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

SECTION 25 – Modifications to Agreement
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

SECTION 26 – User Representations
By using this website, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction; (b) you have read and agree to this Agreement; and (c) you will not resell or redistribute any products or services. SECTION 28 – Complete Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7 Day Genius regarding your use of the website and services. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, communications, and proposals. Future services or features are also subject to these Terms. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.
