7 Day Genius, LLC, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, "7 Day Genius," the "Company," "We," or "Us") is a direct-to-consumer personal development education and training company. We do not sell a business opportunity, "get rich quick" program, or income-generating system. We believe quality education helps individuals make better decisions about their personal and professional growth, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We do not make earnings claims, effort claims, return on investment claims, or claims that our training will produce financial results. Our programs generally combine educational content, practical training, and supporting tools and resources. All material is intellectual property protected by copyright. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Examples, Case Studies, and Hypothetical Scenarios
The Company makes no representation regarding the likelihood that any actual or hypothetical application of the training will achieve a particular outcome or perform in any predictable manner. Customer Satisfaction Surveys
To continually improve customer experience, we survey our customers regularly. However, tracking and ascertaining those who fully implement and complete the training is difficult. Some customers enroll for educational purposes only and do not pursue additional training but may still be included in satisfaction survey results.
Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and personal opinions of those who have purchased education and training. Individual results will vary, and testimonials or reviews may not be typical. Results depend on individual effort, time, skill, and unknown conditions and other factors unique to each person. The Company does not track monetary results. Instead, we survey customers regarding the value of our education, training, support, and overall satisfaction.
You may be asked to complete a satisfaction survey. By completing a survey, you confirm that the information provided accurately represents your experience and that you have not received any financial incentive to provide positive feedback. You also grant the Company permission to publish your aggregate feedback and comments on Company websites, materials, and various online platforms. We respect your privacy and will not publish personally identifiable information.
